Breakthrough T1D

Breakthrough T1D and The Link team up so students prepping for the jump to high school have access to our Off to College programs and support. Look for a Link College Chapter at your local Breakthrough T1D Community Summit

American Diabetes Association and The Link co-host live sessions that walk young adults and their parents through legal accommodations in school and work. We're also partnering on the first multimedia Newly Diagnosed Experience for young adults living with any form of diabetes.

ADCES and The Link partner to connect young adults living with diabetes to career paths in patient care, and to make sure ADCES clinicians have access to Link resources to support their patients.

Blue Circle Health and The Link make sure young adults have access to care in every state Blue Circle operates, and Blue Circle connects the young adults it serves to our community support.

DPAC connects our college chapters and young adults interested in advocacy with opportunities to get involved at the state and national level. A lot of Link chapter members go on to become DPAC Ambassadors.
